Randall Boyer’s practice focuses on assisting California companies navigate through litigation arising in all phases of business including disputes involving corporate formation, corporate ownership and shareholder issues, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, breach of contract, and corporate dissolution. Mr. Boyer has secured multiple early dismissals as well as key summary adjudication victories resulting in favorable settlements. Additionally, Mr. Boyer has negotiated numerous favorable and early resolutions of these disputes for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Boyer served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Roger L. Hunt, federal trial court judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada in Las Vegas. As a judicial law clerk, Mr. Boyer worked extensively on civil cases involving business and commercial matters, including breach of contract, securities, real estate, employment, class action, and civil rights cases.
Mr. Boyer graduated Magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Boyer published with the Law Review and has since lectured on his publication.
