Joshua G. Simon obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School. His practice involves a broad range of complex business litigation, with an emphasis on both employment and consumer class actions. He has been selected to Super Lawyers as a Southern California Rising Star in each of the past four years (2014–2017).
Before joining the firm, Mr. Simon practiced in the litigation department of Morrison & Foerster’s Los Angeles and San Diego offices from 2009 until 2014. He secured defense judgments in state and federal courts throughout the country and acquired extensive experience deposing and defending fact and expert witnesses.
During law school, Mr. Simon served as a senior editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, a student advocate at the WilmerHale Legal Services Center, an extern student prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, and chair of the 2009 International J. Reuben Clark Law Society Conference. Mr. Simon graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University, where he double majored in Economics and Philosophy.
