Morgan Podruski represents employers in wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination litigation, and advice and counsel matters. She has significant experience in all areas of employment law with an expertise in wage and hour and disability discrimination/wrongful termination claims. Ms. Podruski’s results include numerous favorable settlements for her clients and successful rulings on dispositive motions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Podruski worked as an associate attorney at Kring & Chung where she also represented employers in litigation and advice and counsel matters. Ms. Podruski began her career advocating for plaintiffs in wage and hour class actions, where she developed a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of class action procedure and both California and federal wage and hour laws. This experience allows Ms. Podruski to better serve her corporate clients by anticipating opposing counsel’s strategy in litigation.
Ms. Podruski earned her Juris Doctorate in 2014 from the University of San Diego. While in law school, Ms. Podruski served as a comments editor on the Journal of Climate and Energy Law. Ms. Podruski obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and also completed the international program at the Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris, France.
Ms. Podruski is a member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section. She also volunteers for SCORE, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping small businesses in Orange County succeed, and the Constitutional Rights Foundation Mock Trial Program.
Ms. Podruski is licensed to practice law both in California and Illinois.
