Call & Jensen continued a streak of summary judgement victories in challenging cases by obtaining a complete victory for three corporate defendants and two individual managers in a complex wrongful termination lawsuit. Plaintiff was a high wage-earner seeking over $1.5 million in damages. Critical to the motion’s success were the damaging admissions and testimony that Call & Jensen attorneys secured in a grueling two-day deposition of the plaintiff. Ultimately, the judge granted Call & Jensen’s motion for summary judgment on nine causes of action including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and negligence.
