Arbitration Victory: Dismissal of FEHA Claims With Prejudice and Award of Sanctions
Call & Jensen obtained a complete dismissal with prejudice in arbitration for a corporate defendant and an individual manager in a wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit. Plaintiff was seeking over $1 million in damages. Call & Jensen obtained approximately $25,000 in sanctions against Plaintiff for discovery misconduct and subsequently obtained a dismissal of the case with prejudice after seeking terminating sanctions.
