Mark L. Eisenhut is one of the top business trial lawyers in California. In recent years he has been named to the elite “Top 100 Southern California Super Lawyers”, and the “Top 50 Orange County Super Lawyers” by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles magazine. Mr. Eisenhut is a shareholder with Call & Jensen. He specializes in complex business and other civil litigation matters. As lead trial counsel in a medical device business dispute, he helped his clients secure one of the highest jury verdicts in California in 2023. He has also prevailed as lead trial counsel in a wide range of cases, including intellectual property, franchise, employment, real estate, product liability, trade secrets, Americans with Disabilities Act, class actions, and other complex business disputes.
Mr. Eisenhut graduated with distinction from Stanford Law School, after receiving his Bachelor degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with highest honors, and with departmental distinction, in 1989. Among his many accomplishments at Stanford, Mr. Eisenhut was president of the Moot Court Board, a founding editor of the Journal of Law, Business & Finance, a teaching assistant for Stanford’s “Accounting for Lawyers” course, and a research assistant for cutting edge articles regarding derivative securities investments. Mr. Eisenhut served as law clerk for the Honorable Linda H. McLaughlin, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, Southern Division, before joining the Firm. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for Franchise Arbitration and Mediation Services (FAM). Mr. Eisenhut is proficient in Japanese.
