Kyle Bevan is a Senior Counsel and trial lawyer with Call & Jensen. Kyle’s practice is focused on labor and employment, business and commercial litigation, and crisis management. Mr. Bevan handles employment law issues, real property disputes, breach of contract matters, and other business cases for plaintiffs and defendants in various sectors. Mr. Bevan takes on cases from before litigation has commenced to late-stage matters on the eve of trial and at all points in between. As lead trial counsel, Mr. Bevan has successfully tried civil cases to jury verdicts on various claims, including false advertising under the Lanham Act, intentional interference with contractual relations, unfair competition, negligence, and Constitutional claims made under the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments. 

Before joining Call & Jensen, Mr. Bevan practiced at a boutique, trial-focused law firm and a national labor and employment defense firm. Mr. Bevan began his legal career in public service. As a Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Bevan sought justice for crime victims and prosecuted dozens of jury trials against criminal defendants. During that time, Mr. Bevan taught undergraduate Criminal Law & Justice Administration as an adjunct professor in the California State University system.

Mr. Bevan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Irvine School of Law where he served as Articles Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review. Mr. Bevan attended college at Harvard University.
